Our Story
Who We Are
ABS Information Systems (Pvt) Ltd — formerly Advanced Business Solutions (Pvt) Ltd — was established in 1999 and has achieved significant growth over the past 25+ years. We have been the Sole Authorized Master Channel Partner for Tally accounting and inventory management software for nearly two decades.
We provide state-of-the-art total IT solutions with extended support services to our customers. Presently there are over one thousand customers in Sri Lanka who are using our solutions to leverage their businesses.
Apart from marketing off-the-shelf software solutions, at ABS we help companies become winning organizations by streamlining their essential internal processes through customized vertical software solutions. We understand organizational strategies and processes and determine how information systems can enhance productivity.
Through our expertise gained over a quarter century, we have effectively provided solutions to large-scale clients including Lanka Hospital, Nawaloka Hospital, Laughs Petroleum, Damro, Rich Life, Renuka Group of Companies, and Shaw Wallace Ceylon (Pvt) Ltd.

FCMA, MBA — a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK) and Chartered Global Management Accountant with 25+ years of expertise in financial management, corporate strategy, and audit across Sri Lanka's mercantile sector.
MSc Computer Systems & Networks (Hons); Co-founder of the internationally exported Hyleys Tea brand. Past board roles at ICTA (Information and Communication Technology Agency of Sri Lanka) and the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce.
20+ years in the software sector; Managing Director of Cloudlink Solutions (Pvt) Ltd — the only Sri Lankan company developing airline software, including the Cloud FOCS system deployed at Sri Lankan airport.

Incorporated on 7th July 1986 as a Private Limited Liability Company under Companies Act No. 17 of 1982.
Company established with a focus on software solutions for Sri Lankan businesses, becoming the Sole Authorized Master Channel Partner for Tally accounting and inventory management software.
Re-registered on 31st July 2008 under the Companies Act No. 07 of 2007, adopting the ABS brand identity.
Over one thousand customers in Sri Lanka use ABS solutions to leverage their businesses, backed by state-of-the-art total IT solutions with extended support services.
